We suggest prepare additional spare elements to be dipped in weak acid or corrosive chemical fluid when cleaning. After dipping, high-pressure water sprays on element to remove excess impurities. Please note, dipping fluid also harmful to element, proper time in dipping as well as adequate acid contents are required. Periodical cleaning, longer element life time When some parts on element is plugged, it causes flow passing through unplug area, flow speed increases to 5 m/sec. - 10 m/sec. (normal flow speed 1 m/sec. - 3 m/sec.). This will speed up element and slot gap wearing.
