-- FULL AUTOMATIC FILTER Name: Type: Description: INSTALL EXAMPLE ~ Absolute Unique, Perfect Performance ~ Filter before pumping   For filtering industrial water, recycle water, waste water, it is recommended to install filter before pressure pump.   To prevent pressure drop after filtering, flow speed must maintain above 1m/sec.   Pipe line pressure maintains 10kg/cm2 minimum.   Pipe line diameter must be larger than filter inlet diameter.   Filter after pumping   Suitable be used at jobs which need mistily spray or continuons spray.   Accumulator needs to prevent pressure drop when discharging. It is usually be set 1 min. interval between two valves.   Control box is installed 3 timers.   For obtaining steady flow rate after filtering, pipe line flow speed must maintain above 1 m/sec. COATING FILTERS INSTALLATION Rough screen (mesh size 8 or lower) is mainly to collect big particles etc, it needs cleaning every 8 hours operation. It is also possibleto pipe filtrage exit directly to coater, without the filtrate storage, but it might have slightly unstable flow at coating. When installation without filtrate storage, filter must be installed for discharge valve higher than coating reservoir at coater, this will prevent reservoir back flow when discharging. Filtrage exit must be installed higher than coater.
